You agree to secure your slot with a £20 non - refundable retainer fee paid to my business account. This can be transferred to an alternative date if 48 hours notice is given as a minimum. The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot.

After your photoshoot, you will be sent an online viewing gallery where you are able to make your choices by hearting your favourites which compiles a list for you which is also visible to me, the photographer. You are not allowed to screenshot, or modify images in any way and this is not allowed with the watermark on. This not only ruins the quality of your images which makes printing them difficult, it also discredits me as a creative and the time and effort I have gone to in the first place to create a gallery of images that you will treasure. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to legal action and you will be blacklisted from being able to use my services again. 

 

Upon payment, your gallery photo selections will be edited with up to a three week turn around in busy periods. If extra images are wanted, these must be paid for on the day of the photoshoot which cost £10 per additional image with editing.

A £20 fuel and travel surcharge may be added if I am required to travel to your home or a remote location agreed upon.
